Graduation Speech

¨Dreams are not what you see in your sleep, there what keeps you from sleeping¨   But sometimes dreams come to you in all ways, through thought, and by sense. You don't know what life will throw at you, but sometimes it’s for the best and we don't know it till after it has happened. And now going into highschool, and finishing half of our education we reach the milestone of deciding what we're gonna do in life. Isn't it one of the most difficult decisions of our life right? No it isn't. Its to follow our dreams and to achieve what life is meant to be. Which is to never look back and enjoy what is life.

Out of the millions of life careers we have to choose one. People usually tell you to “Reach For The Stars”. But what does reach for the stars necessarily mean?  Is it to be successful? Or to reach for the biggest prize? Which is the be rich and well known. But for me that means to do what makes you want to live up to be older and more mature. But for any parent it isn't easy to see the their child leave the nest and move on and go into the place which we call adulthood.

Practice makes perfect right? You can never get perfect no matter how many times I go to the field to practice, i can never be perfect. I always go with one thought. What can i do to make myself better? But i have one dream that i could one day walk onto a field to represent my country and prove myself. To show those people that never thought I could make it that far, and to be known for what I love , Futbol.

Sometimes no matter how short of a time we people send with each other, we will all miss these short times. Teachers, parents, and adults see time as if it's endless you come to work do the same thing and live life the way it is. But for students it's faster than a blink of an eye. And we notice those last couple months of school last as if was a couple of weeks. But that is life we don't know how fast time has flown by until it's too late.

So students don't measure life in time measure it in value of what you enjoyed in life.

Arguing with Parents

One of the most complicated things in life is winning an argument with your parents. Theres 2 endings to it, one is being lectured about losing the argument for a while , or being punished for it. So one way or the other the parent always has to be right (for some apparent reason). So let me make an two examples of what could happen. So lets say your playing PS4 or sitting on your phone upstairs and your mom calls your name , and you reply by saying "WHAT!!" And all of a sudden they don't reply and you so you don't say anything. And out of no where they start to yell because you didn't reply to them , HONESTLY THAT IS THE MOST ANNOYING THING YOU CAN DO AS A PARENT. Another example is when your parents ask you a question while being angry, that is checkmate for you. There is nothing you can do that will not make them more pissed the  they already were. Like ill be sitting on my computer doing homework or writing a paper, and one of your parents tells you " Get off the computer and go do your homework". And once you interrupt them to tell them you are doing homework you get this "Don't talk back to me like that". And then they get pissed and start to lecture and yell even more. So lets say they ask you the same thing "Get off your computer and go do your homework" and you don't reply ( because they got mad for you saying "something" before). You get this " REPLY to me young man". Too basically theres nothing you can do to make them not be even more mad.

Beginnings and Endings

Beginnings and endings are crazy things no one knows what could happen. My beginning is to do good at my soccer season and do well in our tournaments, to score as many goals as i can. To even score a hat trick at my game would be amazing. My ending would be to play professional fĂștbol at any club , i wouldn't mind where i played anywhere would be my dream ending. For some people its to be rich , and to be very smart. But i just want to play fĂștbol. That´s it. I want to play in the Champions League and to Play in the Euro and World Cup. And for anyone who has the same dream, is to score the last minute goal in a major competition.

Champions League

Okay so for the people who don´t know what Champions League is, its a tournament played from leagues around Europe. And the top 2 or 3 teams go into the competition from each  league and verse other teams from other leagues. So then they get put into groups of 4 and play for their place and get put into a tournament bracket and play until there is a winner. Which is called the knockout stage. So teams somtimes do really bad in there league but major in trying to play there best in the champions league to win the tournament. People find the champions league to be the most important tournament for any team and sometimes amazing things can happen in the tournament. Like underdog teams wins by a lot of even goes far in the tournament.  Like the penalty shoot out against real Madrid and athletico Madrid . Two of the best teams in the world play head to head penalty shoot out. And the Juanfran missing the penalty to send Ronaldo to score the winning penalty for them. Its full of surprises that could be good or bad , but thats what its all about.

Tribute to My Dad

I know that my dad is still alive, and it might mean more if I wrote a tribute to someone who passed away, but I feel like my dad is a little bit more meaningful.

My dad made me the person I am today. He makes me work hard for something I want, and he never lets me get away with anything without a consequence -even the slightest things like mowing the lawn or cleaning my room. I even have to work around my house to make money.

And when it comes to soccer he makes me work really hard, he would lecture me if I missed a shot or if I made a bad dribble. I love him for that and that´s what will make me a better person in the future and will help me with life.

I remember when I was four, and my dad and I went to the video store to return a movie and then stop by the toy store for a little present.
Then on the way to the store my dad got into a car accident and was hit by the side of the car. I remember looking at him and starting to tear up and cry because I saw my dad crunched in the seat ( I was in the seat behind him). It looked horrifying! After a little an ambulance drove to our car and took me and my dad out. When I saw my dad was alive, I hugged him until we got home.

Sometimes we all say that we hate out parents but deep down you love them.  You know you don´t want to miss having the chance to telling how great they are until you had life or death experience.

So, thanks, Dad.

Field Trips

The thing is I love field trips no doubt about it , the fact that we skip school anyone would love them, but only 1 problem. Most of our field trips are so boring , we take field trips that are honestly very boring and to boring places. I understand we have to learn something when we go to the places we go but it would make the field trips a lot better if we could have 1 or 2 field trips that would be for fun. and/or take us to lunch if we go to a museum or something because it makes the field trip very boring and just makes to the kids stare off in the distance if we do nothing fun. So teachers as a tip please make some field trips more wanting and more enjoyable.
