Graditude List

After shooting around on the soccer field and walk to Walgreens i see the charity workers asking for some spare change for the needy. I notice how grateful i am for what i have.

Gratitude List

1.Im Grateful for my health, so i could successfully go through with my concussions and have no permanent damage.

2. Im Grateful for What i have, the things i can buy and have and that i have a chance to get a job and work for what i have.

3. Im Grateful for my family, that i can live with my family and have everyone to be healthy.

4. Im Grateful for where i live , that i live in a home with a roof over my head to keep me warm at night.

5. Im Grateful for food, that i have food 3 or even 4 times a day and being able to get food when ever i want to.

6. Im Grateful for my education, that i can be able to finish school and go to college.

7. Im Grateful for me parents, that I have 2 nice parents that care and love me.

8. Im Grateful for sports , that i'm able to play sports and have a chance to play travel sports.

9. Im Grateful for soccer , for the spectacular sport of fĂștbol to exist and be enjoyed and played all around the globe.

10. Im Grateful for friends, for someone i can trust and talk to . and to hangout when ever im bored.

Food , Glorious Food

I find my diet of different to be weird. I eat a lot of junk food and never gained a pound. I exercise a lot so i get very hungry a lot so i depend on a easy to make food i can eat anytime so i resort to ramen noodles.
There very delicious at times but after a while i stopped eating them. I would come back after school eat what ever my mom made me and then head off to my practice and come back 3 hours later and eat a cup of ramen. It got into a habit. I ate them basically 7-10 times a week depending on how hungry i was. But after 2 months of eating noddles i got really sick of it especially when during my game all i would feel the ramen floating around in my stomach. So i resorted to another food which was pizza roles. Again i didn't understand how I never gained a pound with all of these bad foods. But again the same thing happened but after more like 3 months, i couldn't stand them. After a while i started to only eat healthy and that what i basically try to do everyday up to now.
